There is one activity that must be done when holidaying in Bangkok and that is shopping. There is a world of items to choose from in this city and the best part above all is the rock bottom price tags they come with. It’s almost as if the entire city exists for the purpose of shopping, with excellent accommodation such as the  Anantara Baan Rajprasong Bangkok at hand and plenty of boutiques to choose from whatever your tastes may be. There’s only one tip you have to keep in mind and that is to bargain. Bargain away because in the city everyone haggles and when you haggle, you get what you want at the price you want. So as long as you brush up those bargaining skills of yours, you are good to go.

There are a couple of streets where flea markets are found in plenty. Chidlom and the famous Siam Square has plenty of such stalls and if you want a touch of colour and entertainment in your shopping experience head over to the night market by the riverside which is famous for its vibrant atmosphere. Although Bangkok is spoken of time and time again for bargain deals, there are however plenty of up market designer outlets and malls where you can enjoy the luxury of shopping in a cosy and comfortable environment. Some of the famous malls in the city include the Siam Paragon, the Central World, Terminal 21 and the MBK Shopping Center. Bangkok is also famous for custom designed clothes. You get popular Bangkok designers who customise a dress exactly the way you like it. Best part is customising clothes come at a far less cost than in the West or any other part of the world for that matter.
